We make in-person conversations with leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs accessible to everyone.
The world's largest conversation series.
TILE is different. Our events are live, participatory, and always free. Speakers talk with the audience, not to the audience.
1: You apply to start a chapter.
TILE chapters put on monthly events. Each event is an hour long and features a guest sharing their stories, insights, and advice.
2: We send you our manual and resources.
We give you everything you need to start and run a conversation series: case studies, the TILE manual, templates, guidelines, directories, and other resources that will help you every step of the way. If you ever have questions, our support team will be there to help out within 24 hours.
3: You put together a great season of talks.
You and your friends gain valuable leadership skills and an unparalleled experience while building your resume and helping your community. After one season, you can choose to put on another season of talks or pass your TILE chapter along to a new group.

TILE's Small Business Saturday Virtual Talk
Gaining perspective on small business owners' struggles during COVID-19. Our conversation with John Gu (founder of Unibond Education LLC), Chad Brandenburg (owner of Roka Farms), and Ron Pierce (the owner of event1013, a place very familiar to TILE’s Plano chapter) included talk about educational technology, foreign policy effects, competitive markets, and so much more within our 38 minute conversation.
